FAQ

What is included in the price?

Buying a ticket grants you complete access to IT24 Delft. This means you get the following:

A spot in the tournament.
A place to sleep in the halls.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday, breakfast on Sunday.
Access to both the party on Friday and Saturday.
The possibility to join the fun contests on Saturday.
An amazing t-shirt!

What is NOT included in the ticket:

Dinner on Friday, you can join us for dinner on Friday, however it will cost a little extra.
Drinks at the parties
Sleeping gear (bring your own!)

Sleeping Spots

There will be a spot for everybody to sleep in the halls. This does mean you need to bring your own sleeping gear, such as a sleeping bag and air mattress. You will have the possibility to shower in the dressing rooms.

Food

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday are included in your ticket price. Dinner on Friday evening is an additional cost, please let us know in your signup sheet if you are planning to join us for dinner. You can always change this later by sending us an email. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know in your signup sheet as well!

Parties

Both on Friday and Saturday there will be an amazing party! The party on Friday will be hosted at Proteus, which is just a little more than 5 minutes away from the halls. The party will be from 22:00 to 04:00, and your friends that are unable to join the entire tournament will be able to buy a ticket for this party separately!

The party on Saturday will be hosted at X, very close to where the tournament takes place. The party will take from 22:00 to 03:00 and is only open for people who have a ticket for the entire weekend. The party will have a “blast from the past” theme and there will be a costume contest, so make sure to bring your best blast from the past costume and show it off here!

Access to both parties is included in the ticket price!

For both parties, as well as for the entire tournament, a minimum age of 18 is required unless you are a student at a university or HBO. If you are younger, we ask you to contact the commission via mail. We keep a strict policy where we will not serve alcohol to minors (17 or younger). Giving alcohol to minors or drinking as a minor can result in a ban from the tournament and a fine up to 100€.

Both at X and at Proteus you are not allowed to bring your own alcoholic beverages, this goes for the parties as well as the halls in which the tournament is hosted.

Refund Policy

If you have bought a ticket but are unable to attend the tournament, please let us know. If you cancel less than three weeks in advance, we cannot guarantee that you can get your money back.
