FAQ

What is included in the price?

Buying a ticket grants you complete access to IT24 Delft. This means you get the following:

A spot in the tournament.
A place to sleep in the halls.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday, breakfast on Sunday.
Access to both the party on Friday and Saturday.
The possibility to join the fun contests on Saturday.
An amazing t-shirt!

What is NOT included in the ticket:

Dinner on Friday.
Drinks at the parties
Sleeping gear (bring your own!)

Sleeping Spots

There will be a spot for everybody to sleep in the halls. This does mean you need to bring your own sleeping gear, such as a sleeping bag and air mattress. You will have the possibility to shower in the dressing rooms.

Food

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday are included in your ticket price. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know in your signup sheet as well!

Parties

Both on Friday and Saturday there will be an amazing party! The party on Friday will be hosted outdoors at X. It will be a fun night of beer-pong and other activities that will culminate in a dutch beer cantus. It will be from 21:30 till 00:30!! We will provide the first beer for you.
This party is only for the IT participants who hold a weekend ticket.

The party on Saturday will be hosted at X, where the tournament takes place. The party will take place from 22:00 to 03:00 and your friends that are unable to join the entire tournament will be able to buy a ticket for this party separately! The party will have a “hollywood”' theme and there will be a costume contest, so make sure to bring your best red carpet or famous celebrity costume and show it off here!

Access to both parties is included in the ticket price!

For both parties, as well as for the entire tournament, a minimum age of 18 is required unless you are a student at a university or HBO. If you are younger, we ask you to contact the commission via mail. We keep a strict policy where we will not serve alcohol to minors (17 or younger). Giving alcohol to minors or drinking as a minor can result in a ban from the tournament and a fine up to 100€.

Refund Policy

If you have bought a ticket but are unable to attend the tournament, please let us know. If you cancel less than three weeks in advance, we cannot guarantee that you can get your money back.
